This week, President Donald Trump stayed on script for more than a week as he crisscrossed through Asia — and then Russian President Vladimir Putin showed up. On Tuesday, the nation’s highest lawman will face another grilling on Capitol Hill, this time prompted by claims in court documents and congressional testimony that he was told of at least two aides’ meetings with Russian officials — despite his claim last month that he was unaware of any such contacts. Also, Roger Moore seems to have found himself in hot water over some recent allegations that he hit on a couple of teen girls and initiated sexual contact with one. The recent deluge of sexual harassment and assault allegations from across the country, from Hollywood to Capitol Hill, has highlighted the need for our continued conversations about consent, sex, power, agency, violence, and the luxury of ignorance. The only way forward is to continue to ask questions, listen, and work to understand. We have a lot of work to do.
